Return For Defective Products
If any product that falls under our standard warranty is defective, the customer must follow the instructions below to process a return. Once we receive the product back to our offices, we will choose to repair, replace or issue you a direct credit or refund for the item.
If you receive a defective product, please follow the returns process below to obtain a RMA for your purchase. The defective product must be received by Forara within 30 calendar days from the date the RMA is issued. Products received beyond 30 days will not be eligible for repair, replacement or credit or refund.
Return For New, Non-Defective Products
To return a new, non-defective product, you must receive approval prior to returning to Forara. A RMA request will be approved only within 30 calendar days from the date of original invoice for the purchase of the product. If you have a question about the eligibility of a return, please contact us to request a RMA. For all RMA requests for new, non-defective products, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to the return credit.
Except in the case of an error made by Forara, the customer accepts responsibility for the cost of freight (both original and return shipment). All returns must be unused, in the same state in which you received them and contained in the original packaging. All returns must also be received within 30 days of the issuance of the RMA. Packages returned without authorization or that are not acceptable for return will be shipped back to you at your expense. Maintenance agreements, warranty enhancements and software licenses are not eligible for return.
Any online transaction, phone order or purchase order submitted to Forara is subject to cancellation at our discretion. Due to the unique nature of each order, please contact us directly to determine if an order is eligible for cancellation.
To process a return with Forara, follow these simple steps:
1) Determine the eligibility of your return based on the criteria above.
2) Contact Forara sales representative via telephone call or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3) Place a copy of your invoice in the box and write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
4) Insure the package for your protection, and send the package to the address instructed by Forara sales representative.
Please do not return your product without prior approval from Forara. Any product returned without a valid RMA Number will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. To avoid issues at the time of receipt, please include a copy of your RMA Number confirmation within the package you return to Forara.
Once the return has been received and processed by Forara, a credit will be issued using the original method of payment. You will be notified via email or phone with a confirmation of the credit once issued.
