• Temperature-stabilized 1550 nm EML laser transmitter
• APD receiver integrated dual CDR with Electronic Dispersion Compensation (EDC)
• Supports 9.95Gbps to 11.3Gbps bit rates
• Transmission distance of 120km (with EDFA) over 9/125um SMF
• Total power consumption < 3.5W
